All sales are final. Because each piece is handcrafted, made to order, or personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged in shipping, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

When will I get my order?
In-stock and made-to-order catalog items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom pieces are a different timeline, since these are designed and built specifically for you, please allow 4 weeks to 3 months depending on the size and complexity of the project. We’ll keep you updated along the way, and you’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every piece is handcrafted in-house at our workshop in Hellam, Pennsylvania. Nothing is outsourced or mass-produced.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location, so you’ll always see the exact cost before you pay.

How do I care for my piece?
Hand wash only, no dishwasher or soaking. What Wood do you use?
Our trays and boards are made from cherry, and our outdoor play signs are made from cedar. For custom orders, we also work with walnut, maple, and other hardwoods, we’ll talk through what’s best for your project together.
